The most memorable night sky I remember was in Caye Caulker, Belize in 1990. My husband and I were staying in a very modest guest house on the beach. Somehow we heard that a local woman sold chocolate cake out of her home. We went to her house one evening and each bought a huge slice of cake. We ate the cake out of our hands as we walked back to our guesthouse in the dark. I can still taste that luscious chocolate cake as we slowly strolled along the beach under the most magnificent sky full of stars.
